Strengthening ties and hygiene standards: JEROS joins the Danish Royal Visit to Japan
In April 2025, JEROS proudly participated in an extraordinary business delegation to Japan led by His Majesty King Frederik of Denmark. The official visit marked a historic milestone – not only for diplomatic ties between Denmark and Japan but also for JEROS's deepening presence in a market where hygiene, efficiency, and innovation are paramount.
With a three-day program spanning from Tokyo to Osaka, the Danish Royal Visit brought together top ministers, 19 leading food-industry companies from Denmark, and key Japanese stakeholders to promote future-proof solutions under the theme: Future Food Production – Food Security in a Sustainable Way.
For JEROS, this journey was about more than just diplomacy.
It was an opportunity to:
- Mark the relaunch of our trusted distributor's newly established business under the new name, MORITECH Corporation, by signing a renewed cooperation agreement with Fumihiko Mura Morimura.
- Reconnect with long-standing Japanese customers and partners – including Nakayama Daisuke, President of MARUNAKA Confectionery, and Nakajima Takeshi, President of AGRI-CATION Co. Ltd.
- Explore future collaboration with our valued industry partner ISHIDA Co. Ltd., led by Matsumoto Tomoki.
- Participate in high-level business promotion events – including a dinner and reception hosted by His Majesty King Frederik of Denmark.
- Experience Danish innovation globally as guests at the World Expo 2025 in Osaka.
- Visit the headquarters of Japan's largest dairy company, Megmilk Snow Brand Co. Ltd. in Tokyo, where JEROS presented sustainable and automated hygiene solutions tailored to the dairy industry.
- Engage with the executive team at Asahi Breweries' head office – Japan's leading brewing group – to explore opportunities in hygienic automation for beverage production.
