In the slaughterhouse industry, selecting the right model typically depends on the size of the items to be cleaned and the required cleaning speed. For larger items, customers often opt for our bigger models, such as the MODEL 9117, MODEL 8150, and MODEL 8160, especially when cleaning:

  • Plates, sticks, and other process equipment (e.g., for smoking)

When integrating a dishwasher into your production environment, we always consider how it will fit, even in tight spaces. That’s why our larger hygiene solutions come with a hood that automatically opens upwards once the wash cycle is complete.

JEROS commercial dishwashers are designed with flexibility in mind, offering access from three sides. This makes it easy to position the machine in a corner if space is limited.

Thanks to the upward-opening hood, you’ll benefit from an ergonomic workflow, with no height barriers for placing items into the machine.

If height restrictions are a concern, our MODEL 8160 is an ideal solution, featuring a roller blind that opens and closes automatically to accommodate your space requirements.

Cleaning from Four Sides with Minimal Chemicals

To deliver optimal cleaning performance, we’ve developed a method that allows our washers to thoroughly clean the machine's cabinet. Unlike standard household dishwashers, JEROS's large commercial models feature a washing frame that continually flushes water from four sides while moving back and forth. This ensures faster, more effective cleaning, as the chemicals are given time to work before being rinsed off.

Automatic Soap Dosing in All Machines

All JEROS dishwashers are equipped with an automatic, sensor-controlled soap dispenser. The sensor measures the water quality for each wash and dispenses the exact amount of soap required, significantly reducing soap consumption and benefiting the environment.

Additionally, our machines are fitted with an end-to-rinse pump that delivers constant high pressure to the rinse nozzles, ensuring consistent performance regardless of water pressure.

Constant Temperature for Optimal Hygiene

To guarantee the proper disinfection of your cleaned items, the rinse pump maintains a consistent temperature of 85°C throughout the final rinse. Moreover, our temperature control system ensures the dishwasher only starts its cycle once the correct temperature has been reached, providing an exceptionally high level of hygiene even when the machine is fully loaded.
