  • A specially designed trolley for transporting holders with attached weighing bowls from multi-head weighers to the dishwasher. The holder with the weighing bowls is then easily pushed into the dishwasher.
  • A set of two universal scale holders, compatible with most manufacturers’ brands, with racks sized to fit the liter size of snack bags.

Professional Cleaning of Multi-Head Weighers

By hanging all weighing equipment on racks before washing, we ensure that the equipment remains undamaged and does not get lost during the automated cleaning process.

These racks also provide complete control over unwashed and washed equipment in the production area, preventing any risk of contamination.

To further minimise the time spent filling and emptying the hooded dishwasher, our comprehensive hygiene solution is designed for direct implementation at the filling line in your production.

If space for a hooded dishwasher at the filling line is unavailable, transporting the racks with removable items to and from the washing area using our specially designed trolleys offers a significant time-saving advantage.
