The Ultimate Power Machine for Industrial Use

The JEROS Utensil Washer 8160 features an expansive wash area with a unique moving frame system, ensuring the highest cleaning quality. The moving wash frame, equipped with nozzles around its perimeter, guarantees effective washing from all four sides while the frame moves back and forth within the cabinet during the wash cycle.

The JEROS Utensil Washer 8160 has a roller curtain, which automatically rises after the washing process is complete to accommodate locations with limited ceiling height.

The built-in end-rinse pump ensures a constant 85°C temperature throughout the final rinse cycle, meeting the strictest hygiene standards.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with automatic soap dosing for optimal detergent use.

JEROS has also developed a custom system for industries using Multi-Head Weighers, designed to complement the standard washing program. Please get in touch with us for more information.

Product features

Automatic Lid Opening	Model 8160 automatically opens the lid after each washing process.
Drain Pump	The integrated drain pump removes all the water from the machine, including the pipe system and drain, to eliminate the risk of bacteria and odours. In addition, water is removed from the top and bottom of the water level in each washing process; this technique ensures cleaner wash water, thus reducing the consumption of water.
PVC Roller Curtain	Model 8160 is available with a PVC roller curtain for low roof height installation such as on a gantry etc.
