Product features

Three steel or nylon brushes	Three main cleaning brushes made of polyamide or stainless steel. The precision-ground, noise-reducing steel or nylon brushes ensure effective yet gentle cleaning, promoting long-lasting performance for both the brushes and trays.
Three brushes for the end cleaning	The end cleaning brushes in the Model 9020 ensure 100% cleaning efficiency and can be easily removed for washing in a JEROS Utensil Washer. Additionally, the entire machine can be foamed with soap and cleaned using a steam cleaner for thorough maintenance.
The lifespan of brushes	The unique brush system simultaneously keeps perforations free from dirt. With a lifespan of approximately one million trays, all brushes can be individually adjusted to further extend their durability.
Newly developed oli spraying system	Our newly developed spray system, featuring the hygienic KEG-return system, applies oil to the trays using six adjustable nozzles. The uniform pressure and Armix nozzle design create a cost-effective, dust-free oil layer on the baking sheets. If oiling is not needed, the system can be easily disconnected without tools.
JEROS Aqua Clean	The industrial tray cleaner can be foamed with soap and cleaned with hot water, ensuring a high hygiene standard both inside and outside the machine.

JEROS's latest industrial high-performance tray cleaner, Model 9020, is capable of cleaning and oiling between 800 and 1,000 trays per hour, significantly improving efficiency and freeing up time for more value-added tasks.

The system features six brushes made from durable synthetic materials, with optional stainless steel brushes available. It is particularly effective for trays with up to two edges and is compatible with both solid flat and perforated trays.

During the cleaning cycle, trays are processed with the baking side facing upwards, ensuring they are ready for immediate use without the need for flipping.

Additionally, the Model 9020 can be customised to meet specific tray requirements, offering tailored solutions for individual customer needs.

The JEROS industrial tray cleaner is equipped with an innovative spray system. It incorporates the hygienic KEG-return system, which uses six adjustable nozzles to apply oil evenly to the trays.
Thanks to the uniform pressure and the design of the Armix nozzles, the system ensures a cost-effective, dust-free oil layer on the baking trays. If oiling is unnecessary, the system can be disconnected without needing tools.
Any residue removed from the trays is also collected in a waste tray mounted on wheels, simplifying emptying and disposal.

The waste tray has a capacity of 50 liters and can optionally be fitted with a plastic bag for easy disposal when emptying.
Our industrial tray cleaner is available at customisable heights and mounted on robust, rust-resistant wheels, enabling easy removal and storage after use.
To maintain a high hygiene standard, the tray cleaner can be thoroughly cleaned by foaming it with soap and washing it with hot water. This ensures a spotless finish both inside and out.
