Noise Reduction
The new design significantly reduces noise, further improved with the optional JEROS spring tray trolley. This system minimises the noise from trays falling by reducing the length of the fall. The spring can be replaced over time if needed to accommodate the weight of the stored trays.
Efficient Cleaning Process
The Model 9014 features two sets of synthetic brushes (optional stainless steel) and is ideal for both perforated and solid baking trays. The machine is equipped with two efficient pre-scrapers that remove burnt deposits from both sides of the trays before they enter the cleaning system. This reduces residue and prolongs brush life.
Finally, finishing brushes clean and remove residue from the holes in perforated trays, preventing blockages and improving the energy efficiency of the baking process.
