To reduce downtime and eliminate manual cleaning, we developed the JEROS ACE system also known as Weigh Head Cleaning. This system works alongside JEROS's hooded dishwasher or the MODEL 8160 with roller blind and includes the following features:
- A frame with an insertion and control guide, mounted within the dishwasher.
- A specially designed trolley for transporting holders with attached weighing bowls from the multi-head weighers to the dishwasher. The holder is easily pushed into the dishwasher for cleaning.
- A set of two universal scale holders, compatible with most major brands, with rack sizes tailored to the liter capacity of snack bags.
Professional Cleaning of Multi-Head Weighers
As shown in the images below, hanging weighing equipment on racks before washing ensures it is protected from damage or loss during the automated cleaning process.
By using these racks, you can maintain full control over unwashed and washed equipment in the production area, preventing any risk of contamination.
Our hygiene solutions are designed for easy integration directly at the filling line, reducing the time required to fill and empty the hooded dishwasher.
If space for a hooded dishwasher at the filling line is limited, our specially designed trolleys for transporting racks with removable items to and from the washing area offer a significant time-saving advantage.
